Introducing Wi-Fi Buddy: Next-Gen Customer Experience
The award-winning solution, “Wi-Fi Buddy”, is a direct result of the AVSystem and Enxoo collaboration. It is an AI-based solution designed to improve Wi-Fi and access-layer management of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), including routers and extenders.
The solution enables end-users to troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi-related issues with the help of an AI agent, ensuring swift, seamless first-contact resolution. Built on a robust, future-proof architecture, it significantly enhances customer experience by combining three core components:
What Makes It Innovative?
“Wi-Fi Buddy” addresses critical market challenges by introducing an AI Agent that manages customer issue tickets via natural language communication. The agent interprets subscriber issues, diagnoses specific Wi-Fi faults, resolves them remotely, and provides clear explanations or guidance on next steps, including relevant upsell opportunities.
This is achieved by communicating with and analyzing Wi-Fi routers in real time, significantly reducing the volume of support interactions requiring Customer Care intervention. Furthermore, the entire design is compatible with open standards: TR-069 and TR-369 within a single architecture.
Delivering the "Biggest Impact" for Operators and Subscribers
In the residential broadband market, Wi-Fi quality issues significantly affect customer satisfaction, and ultimately may lead to churn. Even when the underlying broadband connection is flawless, a poor Wi-Fi experience degrades the overall perception of the service.
