AVSystem will participate in Fiber Connect 2026 with POD #6, taking place on May 17–20 in Kissimmee, Florida, one of the key events focused on the future of fiber broadband in North America.
At the event, we will present a Proof of Concept titled: “Autonomous Networks via MCP: AI-Agents Driving Zero-Touch Customer Support.”
As fiber deployments continue to scale across the U.S., operators are facing a familiar challenge: managing increasingly large and diverse device fleets while maintaining service quality and controlling operational costs. Traditional, reactive support models struggle to keep
This Proof of Concept demonstrates a shift toward autonomous, self-healing networks, in which AI-driven agents serve as a first layer of support, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues without manual intervention.
Built around Cloud ACS and Customer Experience Management platforms, the PoC integrates an AI Agent via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), creating a closed-loop automation environment aligned with Broadband Forum standards, including TR-069, TR-369 (USP), and WT-436/TR-486.
In this setup, telemetry data — including performance metrics and Wi-Fi quality indicators — is continuously analyzed. When anomalies occur, such as interference or degraded performance, the AI Agent can automatically identify the root cause and trigger corrective actions through Cloud ACS, across both TR-069 and TR-369 device environments.
This approach enables operators to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, automated resolution, reducing support costs and improving subscriber experience at scale.
At Fiber Connect, AVSystem will showcase how this architecture:
You’ll find AVSystem at the event together with our team: Jarosław Gorczowski and Karol Żydek, who will be available to discuss how operators can gradually evolve toward autonomous network operations without disrupting existing environments.
If you’re attending Fiber Connect 2026, we invite you to visit our PoC and explore what zero-touch broadband operations look like in practice.
