The assessment covered the period from January to December 2025 and forms part of the operator's procurement management framework for selecting, qualifying, and evaluating its suppliers.

The collaboration centers on Cloud ACS, the fully managed, SaaS-based deployment of AVSystem's hybrid CPE management platform. Operating concurrently as a TR-069 Auto Configuration Server (ACS) and a TR-369 (USP) Controller, Cloud ACS enables operators to automate zero-touch device provisioning, run mass firmware campaigns, and resolve subscriber issues remotely. This eliminates the infrastructure overhead of an on-premises deployment.
