Imagine, an Irish broadband operator, has selected AVSystem's Unified Management Platform (UMP) to replace its legacy device management system. Deployed on Imagine's infrastructure, UMP gives the operator a single environment to provision, monitor, and manage customer-premises equipment (CPE) across its FTTH and fixed wireless access (FWA) network.
AVSystem delivers the Unified Management Platform as the central TR-069 Auto Configuration Server (ACS) for Imagine's CPE fleet, taking over device management from the operator's previous system. The deployment covers all devices serving residential and business customers across both access technologies.

With the migration, Imagine aims to automate device provisioning, reduce manual configuration work, and improve remote diagnostics and visibility across its device fleet, lowering the operational effort of managing CPEs throughout their lifecycle, regardless of the access network.
