Product Marketing Manager - CSP

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager to take the lead of development and promotion of innovative service management systems for the Communication Service Providers (CSP) market. Our solutions support industry giants like Orange and Vodafone, connecting millions of users worldwide.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building marketing strategy, strengthening our market position, and driving product adoption. This role is for a visionary strategist who understands B2B and SaaS, and can turn data into compelling product narratives.

This role requires a dynamic blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and creative storytelling. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, engineering, and design, to ensure a cohesive approach to build customer engagement, product launches, and long-term growth. Your contributions will directly impact how customers perceive and adopt our solutions, driving awareness, leads, and revenue.

Expectations:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / telecommunications marketing
  • Experience in product marketing or strategic marketing
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and define USP
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, GTM strategy, and ROI analysis
  • Excellent English proficiency (C1+)
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Communication Service Providers (CSP), IoT, SaaS industries
  • Experience working with product managers and sales teams
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and features
  • Conducting market and competitor research in CSP/telco industry
  • Building and optimizing content marketing and product communication strategies
  • Working with sales and partners to maximize sales pipeline
  • Preparing ROI analyses and recommendations for pricing and positioning strategies
  • Creating enterprise customer materials, case studies, and product storytelling
  • Managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot)
  • Collaborating with the executive team on company growth strategy
