Are you a CPE vendor, distributor, fiber wholesaler, or software integrator?
We provide solutions for all access technologies, including FTTx, Fixed-Wireless/LTE/5G, HFC/DOCSIS, and xDSL. Our products allow zero-touch provisioning and monitoring for each of these technologies. However, the access technology does not affect our solutions as we are capable of managing any device that can connect to the platform using one of the supported management protocols, including TR-069/USP, SNMP, CLI SSH/Telnet, OMA-DM, and DHCP, amongst others.
What are the capabilities of your product portfolio?
Our product portfolio is mainly focused on streamlining telco operations in the field of service fulfillment and service assurance. The former category deals with device activation, such as DOCSIS and FTTX, and the management of both residential and business CPEs through TR-069 ACS and/or TR-369 controller. The latter category focuses on device monitoring and utilizes AI-powered analysis of collected data to improve end-user experience, especially in terms of WiFi quality. It also provides valuable insights into the core network for the Customer Care and Network Operations teams of an ISP. All of these products are placed in the OSS environment and work closely with other OSS, BSS, and CRM systems to implement customer business processes. Additionally, the portfolio includes supplementary solutions for IPv4 and IPv6 address management (DDI).

Can your products be used with legacy devices?
Our products support a wide range of well-established protocols in the telco industry, including TR-069, TR-369, SNMP, SSH/Telnet CLI, OMA-DM, DHCPv4, and DHCPv6, as well as a variety of access network technologies, in particular xDSL, HFC/DOCSIS, FTTH/GPON/GEPON and Fixed-Wireless/LTE/5G. A versatile technical background is what allows us to provide support for both modern and legacy devices in a unified manner. Additionally, we have dedicated mechanisms to encapsulate the specific peculiarities of individual device models.
Can your solutions accommodate the growth of my business and network?
Of course! Our clients have installations ranging from a few thousand to millions of devices. Can your solutions be used as a replacement for open-source software?
Yes! Open-source software can only get you so far - as you grow, you want to automate more and more use cases. With open source, this inevitably leads to developing customized internal tooling on top, which can be fragile and costly to maintain. We offer best-in-class enterprise-grade products and accompanying services to help you embed our system within your environment in the best way possible and provide you with SLA-guaranteed support.
Can your solutions be used as a replacement for vendor-specific systems software?
Yes, we support vendor-specific management protocols, which allow us to provision and monitor devices as long as they are compatible. For instance, in an FTTH network, we can replace multiple Network Management Software (NMS) instances from different hardware vendors with AVSystem's FTTH ONTs activation, management, and monitoring product. This solution not only reduces maintenance costs but also ensures seamless cross-vendor compatibility of ONTs and OLTs.
What systems can your products integrate with?
We can integrate with other systems using APIs REST/SOAP or using Kafka. All the products in the AVSystem’s telco portfolio enable two-way integration with external systems via various protocols. Each software component provides a comprehensive, resource-based REST API composed of both low-level and business-oriented methods for fetching gathered data, as well as triggering data manipulation processes. Our solutions are also capable of calling external REST/SOAP APIs and processing the results according to runtime-defined logic. Finally, integration via message-oriented middleware (including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MQTT) is also possible.
Can your solutions replace my current systems? What does the migration process entail?
Products in the AVSystem telco portfolio are suitable for both deployment in greenfield environments and replacement of currently running installations. We are aware that ensuring business continuity is paramount for telcos and core software transition may raise many concerns, however, we are experienced in such activities and we do always offer hands-on support. How do your products help to tackle network merges (ISP acquisition process)?
Our products for device activation, management, and monitoring, as well as service assurance, are highly effective for multi-tenant scenarios. They allow for the configuration of distinct endpoints for particular groups of devices on the fly, with completely separate options, including authentication and authorization, encryption, cipher suites, different certificates, and more. There are no limitations on the number of endpoints and variations you can configure. Additionally, you can easily assign a separate provisioning process for groups of devices identified by an ACS URL, its different connectors, and/or different initial device values.
All of these features make our solutions ideal for ISP mergers. Our DDI solution provides out-of-the-box support for multiple ISP networks, works with overlapping IP networks behind a NAT, and handles IPv4/IPv6 simultaneously. The ACS simplifies the process of managing a variety of configurations and enables gradual unification within the application. With customer experience monitoring on top, you have a complete suite for growing networks!
Is your portfolio only related to TR-069 device management?
Absolutely no! Besides TR-069, our products support other device management protocols, including SNMP and TR-369. Furthermore, CWMP device management is an important, yet only one of many areas of AVSystem telco portfolio. In the field of service fulfillment, our offering spans DOCSIS and FTTx service activation. The list of solutions dedicated to the OSS environment is supplemented by products intended for service assurance from both end-user and core-network perspectives. Last but not least, our portfolio also covers an integrated DDI solution for IPv4 and IPv6.
