As a Customer Support, you’ll take the lead in implementing cutting-edge IoT technologies, directly shaping the success of our clients' operations by optimizing performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role opens doors to exciting career growth, with opportunities to advance into specialized business or technical paths within our Customer Success or Pre-sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding and ensure successful implementation and optimization of IoT solutions, providing ongoing technical support through various channels.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and feedback, collaborating with the Product Team to drive the development of new functionalities and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Manage technical accounts and oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring accurate configuration and thorough testing.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to empower clients in fully utilizing IoT solutions and meeting their business needs.
Your role's impact
- Directly enhance client satisfaction and success by ensuring that IoT solutions are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with their business goals.
- Drive product innovation by acting as the voice of the customer, influencing the development of new features and functionalities that meet real-world needs.
- Demonstrate the value of our IoT solutions through successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs), leading to increased client adoption and trust.
- Empower clients to fully leverage our IoT solutions, thereby maximizing the return on their investment and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in the IT/IoT industry, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, protocols, and tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Proficiency in testing and familiarity with Linux-based systems (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian).
- Programming skills in any relevant language.
- Fluent in Polish and English with strong communication skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bonus points for
- Experience in IT consulting and IoT implementations.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Background in embedded software development.
