Presales Engineer (Linkyfi)

As the Presales Engineer, your primary focus is to drive revenue growth within the largest telecommunications companies and system integrators for Linkyfi in a specific region (depending on your location and experience). Pre-sales engineers play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to potential customers before a sale is finalised. In Linkyfi candidate will cooperate with big, well-known brands around the world and be expertise for their WIFi design.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for WiFi design, providing in-depth technical knowledge to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with big, well-known brands globally, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring WiFi solutions to meet their needs.
  • Effectively communicate with clients in English, demonstrating a clear understanding of their technical needs and articulating solutions.
  • Navigate and utilize CRM systems proficiently to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a streamlined and organized workflow.
  • Utilize your experience to develop and present proof of concepts, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Linkyfi's solutions.
  • Engage with new partners, building and nurturing relationships to expand companies network.
  • Work closely with existing partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration on new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role, with a focus on WiFi design.
  • Strong English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
