We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team, acting as a key technical resource for our Sales Team. This role focuses on supporting pre-sales and post-sales customer support activities, ensuring technical success by addressing customer and channel partner needs, delivering product training, and managing project execution. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to provide critical feedback for product development.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and identify business opportunities
- Preparing workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept solutions to support the sales process
- Supporting the sales team in developing the sales process
- Working closely with the product and engineering teams
- Responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands complex network environment of telecommunication operators
- Understands network management protocols, internet protocols, and modern technologies used by CSP customer (communication service provider)
- Is fluent in English
- Is ready to travel and work with customer in the field during discovery / PoC phases
- Has experience in similar role or proven experience in complex B2B software selling
Additional Skills:
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles is advantageous.
- Ability to manage various projects and adapt to an on-demand work environment, ensuring the successful delivery of pre-sales and post-sales projects.
