Customer Success Specialist

Join our dynamic Customer Success team to drive client satisfaction and ensure successful Cloud ACS implementations. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll help clients unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge solutions, optimize their workflows, and maximize return on investment. You will be a key player in facilitating smooth onboarding, providing technical support, and influencing product innovation through client feedback.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate and optimize client onboarding and tailor Cloud ACS implementations to meet specific customer needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance through various channels (email, phone, online meetings).
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in leveraging Cloud ACS features and driving adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team by gathering and documenting customer feedback to influence new features and enhancements.
  • Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in partnership with the Presales team to showcase Cloud ACS capabilities.

What you bring:

  • Several years of experience in customer-facing roles with an understanding of customer success processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages like Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and tools.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable mindset with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
