Technical Delivery Manager (IoT)

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team and take ownership of the technical delivery of customer projects for our IoT device management platform.

In this role, you will work with customers, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to prepare, configure, and deliver deployments aligned with product capabilities. You will analyze requirements, identify gaps, coordinate technical readiness, and resolve technical issues during delivery from kick-off to production go-live.

This is not an application installation or infrastructure deployment role. Platform deployment and infrastructure operations are handled by Engineering and Infrastructure teams. Your responsibility is to ensure each project is technically ready, properly configured, and delivered within scope and timeline, including resolution of technical issues across stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented person who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, system integration, or technical support for IT systems
  • Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and PKI
  • Experience working with customer infrastructure, remote access setup, and troubleshooting in production or pre-production environments
  • Experience configuring enterprise applications according to customer requirements and product capabilities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, configuration data, network traces, and technical documentation
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into configuration tasks, risks, and product gaps
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on mindset with ownership of technical topics end-to-end
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in IoT, device management, telecommunications, utilities, or industrial IT environments
  • Experience with on-premise and SaaS delivery models
  • High-level understanding of Kubernetes-based or microservice-based deployment models
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and observability tools (monitoring, logs, dashboards)

Responsibilities

  • Identify product gaps, missing capabilities, configuration limitations, and technical risks based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate technical readiness of customer environments, including remote access and end-to-end connectivity (infrastructure, devices, integrations, application)
  • Configure the application according to customer requirements and agreed project scope
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during delivery and coordinate resolution with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Support teams
  • Translate customer technical requirements into internal tasks, findings, and recommendations
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer delivery activities and participate in workshops, technical meetings, kick-offs, and status reviews (occasional travel)
  • Maintain delivery documentation and ensure a structured feedback loop from customer projects to Product and Engineering teams
