Country Sales Manager - Thailand (Linkyfi)

As the Country Sales Manager in Thailand, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth within the largest telcos and system integrators for Linkyfi in your market. You will own and develop the sales strategy for your country, ensuring strong market penetration and expansion into nearby regions. From leading high-level negotiations with decision-makers to developing scalable best practices across the team, you will be a key leader in the Sales organization and the main point of contact for our strategic customers.

You must bring a consultative sales approach, a proven track record in winning, growing, and retaining enterprise clients, and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you’ll create excitement and visibility for Linkyfi in the market while working closely with a passionate team of developers and Presales Engineers. You will be directly accountable for achieving ambitious growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition, and customer retention, while ensuring an outstanding sales experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, lead, and close new business opportunities for Linkyfi products in the assigned country.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with senior decision-makers across key accounts.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure deals align with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Presales) to deliver customer-driven solutions and provide feedback for product enhancements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Linkyfi at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on SaaS or telecom/IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a country-level sales function and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and managing key client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies at a regional or country level.

Knowledge & skills:

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Wi-Fi management industry trends.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales cycles, including solution selling and consultative approaches.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations and enterprise-level agreements.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to articulate Linkyfi’s value proposition effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing expertise.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven leadership in building relationships, partnerships, and long-term client trust.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and accountability for results.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to execution.
