Presales Engineer (Cloud ACS)
Join our Presales team and play a key role in winning new Cloud ACS customers. Help prospects understand the value of our cutting-edge device management platform, validate their use cases, and support successful deal closing from the very first interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospects
- Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts and trial environments
- Analyze customer requirements and align them with Cloud ACS capabilities
- Address technical questions, including RFPs and security or architecture assessments
- Cooperate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover after contract signing
Requirements
- Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles
- Comfortable discussing technical requirements and engaging confidently with customers
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical products
- Basic understanding of network protocols
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are a plus.
