Customer Success Specialist (Cloud ACS)

Join our Customer Success team to drive client satisfaction and successful Cloud ACS implementations! 

Customer Success is much more than technical support. In this role, you become a trusted technical partner for our customers, helping them successfully adopt Cloud ACS and get the most value from the platform throughout the entire customer journey.

You will work closely with global telecom operators, understanding their business needs, advising them on best practices, leading onboarding sessions and training, helping optimize their processes, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the way they use our product. Instead of simply reacting to issues, you'll focus on building long-term relationships, solving technical challenges, and ensuring customers achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate client onboarding and custom process implementation
  • Build long-term customer relationships through technical consultations, troubleshooting, and regular online meetings
  • Conduct training and empower clients to maximize the value of Cloud ACS
  • Drive product innovation by gathering customer feedback
  • Support the Presales team in PoCs coordination

Requirements

  • Proactive, customer oriented professional with experience in support of technical clients
  • Keen eye for process optimization
  • Ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product Team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way
  • Details oriented and analytical mind
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and willingness to expand technical knowledge
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. XML, scripting languages, or Java-like languages) to create simple workflow automations tailored to customer business processes
  • Second language - Spanish, French, or Italian is a nice bonus

Work model:

  • Hybrid work model-  at least 3 days per week in the office
