Solution Architect - CSP Solutions

AVSystem is a leader in cutting-edge telecommunications solutions, delivering scalable service management and assurance systems for tier-1 telcos like Orange and Vodafone. Our CSP department focuses on enabling seamless connectivity for millions of users worldwide.

Now, we’re looking for a technically proficient and customer-oriented Solution Architect who aspires to transition into a Product Management role.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their challenges, architecting solutions that bring real business value.
  • Acting as a technical authority in network management, broadband, and device management domains.
  • Translating telco needs into scalable, repeatable solutions, rather than one-off custom implementations.
  • Conducting research and shaping product strategies based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Leading technical workshops, PoCs, and solution design discussions with customers and partners.
  • Driving knowledge-sharing initiatives to standardise best practices across multiple customers.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience in the telecom domain, with a strong understanding of network protocols, device management (TR-069, TR-369), and operator environments in fiber / broadband / FWA networks
  • Takes a big-picture approach, distilling insights into product strategies rather than sticking to single-customer projects.
  • Has pre-sales experience or a strong desire to combine technical expertise with business thinking.
  • Is fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Thrives on customer interaction and enjoys solving their challenges in a repeatable and scalable way.
  • Is ready to travel occasionally for strategic customer engagements and industry events.
