AVSystem’s Unified Device Management Platform turned out to be the solution to Togo Telecom’s needs in regards to device management and monitoring of both their xDSL and VoIP devices, thanks to hybrid provisioning within the TR-069 and SNMP protocols. UMP’s workflow has been tailored to the needs of the customer, enabling the management of these devices and providing monitoring capabilities that include high frequency pooling of service status parameters and a comprehensive reporting module.
Because Togo Telecom’s subscriber base is on a constant and rapid rise, the new system to be chosen had to be able to support the High Availability mode.
